Dr. Groenhuyzen (Dr. G) received her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in business from Texas A&M University. She then went on to graduate summa cum laud as a Doctor of Optometry from The University of Houston College of Optometry. After optometry school, she completed her residency specializing in ocular disease and refractive ocular surgeries at a prestigious LASIK clinic in San Antonio, TX.
In her free time, Dr. Groenhuyzen enjoys everything Colorado has to offer including snowboarding, hiking, soccer, and volleyball. She also likes exploring local eateries and spending time with her friends and family.
