Street Mall St, Denver

Okay, you may be wondering why we’re including a mall in this list, but there’s a reason. This “mall” is 1.25 miles long.

How many malls do you know of that have a shuttle to take you from different ends? This one does!

In the mall, there are over 250 restaurants, bars, and stores, making it a popular tourist destination. Locals like it for events that happen there periodically.

You never know what you’ll see or who you’ll see there! If you want to spend the day shopping and then grab dinner with friends after, this is the place to be this spring!

Mount Evans Scenic Byway

Denver scenic beltway

Mount Evans Scenic Byway is about 60 miles west of Denver. Once spring hits, it opens Memorial Day to Labor Day.

During this time, all types of cars can go all the way up to the summit. On this drive, you will see the Continental Divide.

Love animals? You can see sheep and mountain goat herds on the Mount Evans Scenic Byway! You’ll also see Rocky Mountain Bristlecone Pine trees and plenty of flowers.

Pay attention to where you plan on going because some of the areas have vehicle fees, so bring cash! You need to plan ahead because you cannot go camping or have fires unless you’re at a campground.

Dogs need to be on a leash too. Going along the Mount Evans Scenic Byway is a great way to experience beautiful views during the spring.

Denver Union Station

Want to go on an adventure? Check out the Denver Union Station!

You can take a light-rail train, bus, Amtrak train, grab a drink or a meal or have a staycation at the hotel.

This is a cool place to meet up with friends or spend a day working, so you can enjoy the nice spring weather when you’re done. Bonus: starting in the spring, the fountain in the front is a popular place for kids to play.

Who doesn’t love jumping in a fountain on a warm spring day?! The Denver Union Station is even a historic Denver building, meaning there’s no reason not to check it out!

Think these places sound pretty cool? They are even better when you can see them without glasses or contacts in your way!
